Greetings, 

Got a warm, tender, succulent flavor bomb 💣  lined up for you all today. 

Stews and Braises never go out of style, but there is something more soul-satisfying when eating these preparations in cold weather/winter time. 

The Mission today is simple:

Take a lean, economical, tough cut of Beef and turn it into a mouth-watering crowd pleaser!

You’ll notice below that we will be employing some flavor and efficiency hacks that 🐙 has written on at length previously.

First: Time is running out!

The January Octopod Premium Coffee’s are shipping out Monday!

On to the roast!

Pot Roast, that is… 

The idea behind Beef Pot Roast is simple. 

-Take a big hunk of beef

-Throw it in a pot with some vegetables and liquid

-Simmer/cook until it’s tender

-Serving with the soft vegetables and gravy/jus made during the cooking process. 

While the idea is simple, there’s too many variables:

-Cut of Beef?

-Marinating?

-Seasoning/Flavors?

-Vegetables?

-Cooking Method?

Below Traditional Beef Pot Roast is combined with bold 🇨🇺 flavors… for beef nirvana!
