When you mention Pho people automatically think “beef”.
And for good reason. Beef and pho go together like peanut butter and jelly. 🙌
Sometimes you may want to have pho a little bit quicker or prefer a lighter protein. Enter Chicken.
There are dozens of variations on chicken noodle soup. Shio ramen is one of my favorites, but I feel like people neglect the chicken and pho combo so I’m bringing it here now.
All of the care and love that goes into making a great pho broth like we discussed last time, is here but in less time with the some comforting flavors like getting a big food-hug.
The process is much the same as the Pho At Home with beef that I dropped last week so this will be an easy adaptation… and again, less time!
