I hope you are enjoying delicious food with family and friends, making new memories that you will cherish.

There’s a song in the movie White Christmas that starts like this:

When I'm worried and I can't sleep
I count my blessings instead of sheep
And I fall asleep counting my blessings

Taking a step back to reflect on this past year:

I am thankful that I got to spend this Thanksgiving with my parents, having not seen them for the last year.

I am thankful for a new adventure relocating to Asia and truly enjoying this side of the world.

I am thankful to be cooking and continuing to grow my talents.
