This is what a good sandwich loaf should taste like.
It will delight your taste buds and allow you to stop buying the flavorless squishy, preservative filled Mrs Bairds you grew up eating off the Supermarket shelves.
In addition to tasting absolutely amazing… there are no seed oils, no refined sugars or shelf stabilizers…
You can add this to your weekly cooking rotation… 90% of the time is hands off!
You mix/knead the dough, shape it, and remove from pan. 15-20 mins total… that’s it.
The rest of the time nature is working for you while the dough rises and bakes.
The priority here is showing you that you can bake bread EASILY!
