This is a nostalgic family recipe that I’m dusting off from the archives because it makes the perfect starter platter/finger food for holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas but could be used year-round for Sunday lunches or summer bbq’s.
(The remaining marinade after all the cheese has been devoured should be saved and can be used to dress bread for a killer sandwich)
This marinated cheese is creamy, a little sharp with a wonderful tangy marinade that will have your friends ooh’ing and ahhh’ing.
