Greetings!
With a growing number of the population having dietary restrictions, especially with gluten and/or dairy there is a whole niche of recipes now geared towards accomodating these restrictions.
The problem is that 90%+ of the recipes I’ve come across or have tried are…. not great, to be diplomatic.
I’ve found a few over the years and previously shared them, one of my favorites are the fruit and nut bars ⬇️
these are so tasty and go perfectly with an afternoon tea or even coffee after a dinner.
Today I’m sharing what my family refers to as “Natural Crack”.
This is a crowd pleaser and when people find out it’s gluten free/dairy free they are always surprised, because it’s that good!
