Today I’m dropping only the 4th(?) podcast I’ve recorded since starting this newsletter.

I met Epicurus through my twitter feed before relocating to Asia. Shortly after I arrived we met up for some meals and have become good friends. He works in finance, I work in kitchens… we both love food and Hong Kong. 🇭🇰
