Ecom Launch is Live... & a Pear Dessert to Die For

Today is a really exciting day… the 🐙 🔪 Ecom site is now launched… live… up and running.

Prelude

This has been in the works for months, but if you had told me 18 months ago I’d be launching an E-Commerce brand, most likely 🐙 would’ve given you the <smile & nod>, then moved on.

But life has a funny way of bringing unexpected opportunities (when you are open, flexible and aware). None of this would have happened without finding my tribe. The Anon online community started by BowTiedBull last year was a gamechanger and opened my eyes to the future: The creator economy, Ecommerce and decentralization.

From there I’ve connected with some amazing individuals who have helped get to this launching point.

And now… a sweet recipe to make you fall in love… with Fall! 🍂

Pear 🍐 Upside-Down Cake 🍰 :

Pears seem the be the red-headed stepchild of the Fall fruits. They are usually mushy or rock hard, bruise easily, and the number of cooks/chefs touting great recipes for pears is in the minority.

This is a shame since pears have an intoxicating, yet delicate, aroma and when eaten/prepared at the correct ripeness… are texturally luscious!

What follows is a great recipe that I hope you will revisit a few times during this Fall.

Compared to other desserts, this is lower sugar, no seed oils, and no crappy fillers or stabilizers.

Just pure pear heaven!
