Premium Coffee December Releases:
This is the second month since the Octopod Coffee Launch, and the 2 selections this month are stunning.
Colombian (Washed): this batch is comprised primarily of lots from producers in and around the Buesaco and Tablon de Gomez regions of Nariño. This regional lot was carefully constructed… and cupping every single small lot individually various times before being included within the main lot. Tasting Notes: Mandarin, caramel and almond.
Nicaragua (Natural Process): This coffee is a Stand-Out. The care that goes into every lot that is processed in this farm is second to none, with careful detail at every stage, starting with optimal cherry picking at the farm level all the way through carefully controlled fermentations and drying (~30 days for this Natural!). Tasting notes of Starfruit, Honey & Clove make this an exceptional coffee to remember!
