Happy July 4th 🇺🇸 from Asia!
I have so many good memories of july 4th and most involve food.
I’m a burger purist but in summer and on the 4th my dad would always do charcoal grilled burgers. That flavor I can still taste as I write this now.
Charcoal burgers are a little more tricky to get right but that’s for another post!
For today, I’m listing past recipes that can help save your day and make it something delicious.
One of my longtime readers dropped a note the other day about my trademarked potato salad so I wanted to send out help for anyone who needs!
All American Potato Salad
This is a closely guarded family recipe I shared with you all
Watermelon Salad with Feta & Mint
Too many recipes don’t have the acid or salt adjusted correctly so I fixed and this has been a summer crowd pleaser I roll out that people love! And it’s super easy, just get a good melon.
Pimento Cheese
Being from the South I cannot abide bad pimento cheese and if you whip this up you can melt over burgers or just scoop up with Ritz crackers 😇
This is my late Great Aunts recipe and is the best ever, I will bet on it
Hemingway Burgers
Taking the famous authors love for food, cook up his favorite burgers and chase it with his signature daiquiri
BBQ Pork Ribs
No need to complicate things, make the best BBQ pork ribs on E-Z mode
Alabama White BBQ Chicken
This is my secret weapon.
The smoked chicken is dunked in a flavorful white sauce that is tangy and delicious.
You will make this over and over again
Grilled Tri-Tip
This under appreciated cut is perfect for grilling just dont over cook it.
