This looks absolutely delicious. Another comfort dish for me using lowly cabbage is Surfer's Soup. Cabbage Soup - pancetta and onions cooked down in duck fat, whole garlic cloves, bouquet garni, chicken or veg stock, chopped cabbage, some white pepper. These look incredible. One other quick comfort food: Biscuits & Gravy - we got some wet flour on this dry flour with meats. Hillbilly heaven! 🤣🤣
