Hi Octopod,

Is there anything in particular one should pay attention to when choosing a vacuum sealer?

For storing meat and other perishables in freezer not for sous vide?

You really want a chamber vac sealer that can pull full vacuum. Any residual air will lead to freezer burn/lower longevtiy.

This is the issue with more home cooking vac sealers. Investing in a legit chamber model is best
